Love is something far more powerful and universal, for not all people believe in gods, yet people cannot refuse the existence of love. Instead, love is a condition of the human body that cannot be denied. True love is obstinate; in the way that music pours into the ears of an audience, love pouring into the heart of a man cannot be stopped, denied, or set off course. Love is a natural instinct. You cannot artificially make love where there is none or where it does not belong. Yet, the condition of being in love grows independent of all rationale. With each mistake the artist makes she considers the expectations she has for the painti ng and what course the painting should take. Deforestation has many negative effects on the environment. The most dramatic impact is a loss of habitat for millions of species. Seventy percent of Earth’s land animals and plants live in forests, and many cannot survive the deforestation that destroys their homes. In addition deforestation also drives climate change. Forest soils are moist, but without protection from sun-blocking tree cover they quickly dry out. Trees also help perpetuate the water cycle by returning water vapor back into the atmosphere. Without trees to fill these roles, many former forest lands can quickly become barren deserts. Removing trees deprives the forest of portions of its canopy, which blocks the sun’s rays during the day and holds in heat at night. This disruption leads to more extreme temperatures swings that can be harmful to plants and animals. Further more trees also play a critical role in absorbing the greenhouse gases that fuel global warming. Fewer forests mean larger amounts of greenhouse gases entering the atmosphere and increased speed and severity of global warming. The quickest solution to deforestation would be to simply stop cutting down trees. A more workable solution is to carefully manage forest resources by eliminating clear-cutting to make sure that forest environments remain intact. The cutting that does occur should be balanced by the planting of enough young trees to replace the older ones felled in any given forest. What we have to remember is that not all deforestation is intentional. Some is caused by a combination of human and natural factors like wildfires and subsequent overgrazing, which may prevent the growth of young trees. We have also, introduced chemicals in the atmosphere that is destroying our ozone layers. Trying to find solutions to problems like this will take all of us to work together all over the world to slow down the hothouse effects. As I mentioned early this is why we need our trees to help filter out all these harmful chemicals that our world is exposed to. Some of these chemicals are electricity from coal burning power plants releases enormous amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. According to Planet Save 40% of U. S. CO2 emissions come from electricity production, and burning coal accounts for 93% of emissions from the electric utility industry. Every day, more electric gadgets flood the market, and without widespread alternative energy sources, we are highly dependent on burning coal for our personal and commercial electrical supply. Another is in the last half of the 20th Century; the use of chemical fertilizers (as opposed to the historical use of animal manure) has risen dramatically. The high rate of application of nitrogen-rich fertilizers has effects on the heat storage of cropland (nitrogen oxides have 300 times more heat-trapping capacity per unit of volume than carbon dioxide) and the run-off of excess fertilizers creates ‘dead-zones’ in our oceans. There is only one God but this God is present in the form of three Persons. These three persons are not a part of God, but every one of them is fully God. The difference in Godhead is not the distinctions of core, and similarly they are not something that has been supplemented into his essence but they can be described as the unfolding of undivided being of one God in three interpersonal relations. Therefore it cannot be said that God is one person was taken three consecutive roles. The Father becomes the Son and of the same way, the Son did not become the Holy Spirit. It needs to be noted that there have always been three distinct persons in Godhead and they always will be. The doctrine of Trinity can be described as being foundational for the Christians. This doctrine is important for comprehending what God is similar to and how He is related to us and how we ought to communicate to Him. But at the same time, this doctrine also results in several different questions. How can God be one and three at the same time? Is the Trinity a contradiction? If Jesus is God, why there are instances is in the Gospel, where he prayed to God? But it is not very easy to complete the understand regarding the Trinity but it is indeed possible to answer the questions mentioned above and require a solid grasp of what is the meaning of God to be three in one (Bell and Velvet, 2005). The meaning of the doctrine of Trinity is that there is one God. He is present eternally in the form of three Persons, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. However, in essence, God is one and in person, God is three. The above mentioned definition reveals the important truths. First of all, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are different Persons. Each of these Persons is fully God and there is only one God (Blackwood, 2008). In the Bible, Father has been spoken as God, Jesus as God and Holy Spirit has also been spoken as God. Therefore the question arises if these three are simply the different ways to look at God or if merely the ways to refer to the three different roles played by God (Bruce, 1990). The answer should be known as it has been clearly indicated in the Bible that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are different. An example can be given from the Bible as the Father sent the Son in the world, it cannot be said that He the similar being as the Son. In the same way, after the Son returned to the Father, they send the Holy Spirit on the planet. In this way, it can be said that Holy Spirit is also dissimilar from the Father and Son (Duncan, 2005). Another example is present in the baptism of Jesus. We see in this case that the Father was talking from heaven, and the Holy Spirit had descended from the heaven as a dove when Jesus comes out of the water. The Bible confirms that Jesus is God, but simultaneously, he was with God. This indicates that Jesus is different from God the Father. In John 16:13-15, it can be seen that even if close unity is present between these three, the Holy Spirit has to be considered as being diverse from the Father/Son. On the basis of the fact that these three are distinct persons, it can be said that. Father is not the Son and Son is not Holy Spirit. Similarly, the Holy Spirit is not Father. Although Jesus is God, but He is not Father and similarly, he cannot be described as the Holy Spirit. In the same way, the Holy Spirit is also God, but he is not the Father or the Son (Erickson, 2003). Therefore, these are not the three dissimilar behavior of looking at God, but they are diverse. The truth that each member of the Trinity is a separate person means that each of them has a separate axis of consciousness. Therefore, each member of Trinity is related to each other individually. While the father consider himself as I and he considers the Son and the Holy Spirit as you. In the same way, the Son considers himself as I and on the other hand, he considers the Father and Holy Spirit as you. Generally an objection is raised that if Jesus is God, in such a case, he should have prayed to Himself when he was on world. However, the answer to this question can be given by simply applying what has been already discussed. Therefore, although the Father and Jesus are both God but they are also different persons. As a result, Jesus had prayed to God the Father and he had not prayed to himself. Hence, it is exactly the continuing dialogue that took place between the Father and Son, which provides the best evidence regarding the fact that these two are distinct persons and have di fferent centers of consciousness. There are some cases when the Personhood of Father and Son is acknowledged, however there is a neglect of the personhood of Holy Spirit. These are the instances is when the Spirit is considered more like a "force" instead of being a Person. However, it needs to be noted that the Holy Spirit is not an it but it is a he. In view of the fact that the Holy Spirit has to be considered as a Person and not as an impersonal force, it needs to be noted that speaks, reasons and thinks and understand. Similarly, the Holy Spirit wills, feels, and gives personal fellowship. All of which are the qualities of personhood. As against this view, in the above mentioned messages, it can be clearly implied that God always was and will always remain the three Persons. Therefore, at no time, even one of the Persons of Godhead were not present. The reason is that all of them are eternal. As mentioned above, all the three members of Trinity are different, but this does not mean that any one member is inferior to the others. However the reality is that all the members have identical attributes. As a result, all the three have equal powers, love, mercy, knowledge, justice and other qualities. The question arises, if God is three Persons, can it be said that each person is one third of God. Similarly, is it the meaning of Trinity that God has been alienated into 3 parts? According to the doctrine of Trinity, God has not been divided into three parts. It has been clearly stated in the Bible that all these 3 persons are each fully God. Therefore, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are each 100 percent God. In this regard, it has been stated in Colossians 2:9 regarding Christ that. "In him all the fullness of deity dwells in bodily form." Therefore, we should not consider God as a pie that has been cut into three pieces and each piece represents a Person. The reason is that in such a case, each person will become less than fully God and therefore not God it all. Instead, it needs to be mentioned that the being of each Person can be compared to the whole being the God. Similarly, the divine essence cannot be described as something that has been divided in three persons, but i t is fully present in each of the three persons and has not been divided into parts (Kostenberger and Swain, 2008). In this way it can be said that the Son is not 1/3 of God instead, he is fully God. The same is the case with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Therefore it is worth mentioning that when we're talking of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, we are not talking about any greater being as compared to the situation when we only talking about the Father, the Son or the Holy Spirit alone. There is only one God: Another question that may arise is if each Person of Trinity is separate and fully God, then can it be concluded that there is more than one God? However, this conclusion cannot be made as it has been clearly written in the Scripture that there is only one God. In this way, after going through, the fact that the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are distinct persons, and at the same time, they are also fully God, and still there is one God, a conclusion can be made that all these three persons are the same God. Hence it can be said that there is one God, but He exists in the form of three separate Persons (McFarlane and Turner, 1996). This conclusion has been clearly stated in Matthew 28:19. In the last 2 months, I was personally struggling to concentrate on my studies due to the emotional turmoil. So, I was trying some ways to calm down my senses and also improve my concentration. Therefore, I was hoping to learn various techniques of controlling mind from the meditation class so that I could develop high level of concentration. One thing crossed my mind before the class is the feeling of insecurity and nervousness, mainly because of the fact that I am unable to open up with people in first meeting. I was also concerned about any negative effects in case I fail to follow all the rules of meditation. So, I attended the meditation class with a definite purpose of learning the process of developing a focused mind and ability to enhance my concentration level. The class i attend is offered on GW campus, and our instructor is Professor Malfitano on Friday from 1:00pm- 2:50 pm. The meditation class was not emotionally or physically challenging for me. In fact, the meditation process that was taught in the class did not involve any rigorous physical activities. Moreover, the techniques that were taught for meditation were easy to understand and enjoyable. I felt relaxed and happy during and post meditation class. All the nervousness and insecurity shaded away as the ambience was quite soothing and fellow classmates were quite friendly and welcoming. At the beginning of the class, I thought of learning only about certain techniques of meditation; however at the end I learned a lot of theoretical knowledge, techniques and specific outcomes related to meditation. I found out that the power of meditation is potentially high and its efficacy is far reaching in long-term perspective. Only with the aid of meditation, one can even change the course of life towards betterment. Therefore, the first session of the meditation turned out to be comprehensive and highly beneficial. All in all, I would say that the meditation class was quite effective in changing my internal thoughts, my apprehensions and belief system. In fact, the course exhibited immense potential of offering physical and emotional benefits in the long run. After attending the class I realized, that if I continue to practice meditation on regular basis, soon I will be able to concentrate on my studies. Since the first class of meditation turned out to be beneficial, I decided to go there on a regular basis. Therefore, my decision to continue with the meditation is defined as I firmly believe practicing techniques  will enable me to enhance power to control my mind. I believe that if I am able to control unwanted stray thought process of my mind I will develop the capability to counter any impediment of life. Thus, positive benefits associated to meditation have made me enthusiastic about it. Besides, one of the major benefits of meditation is that it is an effective stress management tool. Fairy tales have always been a part of children’s lives. Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and so on – we all know them off by heart, but have we ever stopped to think what messages they are sending to society? What kind of influence they have on the structure of social and gender roles? â€Å"Male/female roles have been ground into us since the day we were born, in the disguise of innocent little fairly tales†.1 It is amazing how many of us don’t realise what fairy tales teach us until we closely examine the way females are portrayed in each story and what roles have been assigned to them. I have chosen to deconstruct Cinderella and Snow White as I have found them to be sexist and to be portraying women in a subordinate light, which oppresses them. Both stories perpetuate stereotypical thoughts on the â€Å"ideal virtues† of women. They are shown naturally beautiful, vulnerable, passive and obedient. â€Å"These tales teach us our little girls that the only way for them to get anywhere in life is to be beautiful, obedient and passive. They should be quiet, always smile and be friendly, and of course take responsibility for their actions and others†.2 Furthermore, both Cinderella and Snow White provide another example where the heroines of the stories must be â€Å"rescued† by Prince Charming who is by coincidence handsome, powerful, and good. It is sending a false message to girls that â€Å"Man is God’s gift to women†, â€Å"He will rescue you from all your troubles and take you away from a critical situation, where he will then marry you and make you his Queen, who will have to do nothing much but preserve beauty. (Pascale Athos, 1981; Peters Waterman, 1982). There are seven variables in the model which include structure, strategy, systems, skills, style, staff and shared values. All beginning with s, justifying why it was termed as the 7S model. This treatise evaluates each of the seven components of the model and the links between them with respect to the Big I of Enterprise Integration using a case study approach. The model is as shown in figure 1 above, showing the interdependency of the variables. This is illustrated by the model also being termed as the Managerial Molecule. It was found that several organisations using the model pay more attention to those variables they consider changeable (e.g. structure, strategy and systems) rather than the other variables (e.g. skills, style, staff and shared values) considered to be soft variables. For long-term benefit, they feel that the variables should be changed to become more congruent as a system. Description of 7 Ss Strategy: Strategy is the plan of action an organisation prepares in response to, or anticipation of, changes in its external environment. Strategy is thought-out, well-structured and often practically rehearsed and is differentiated from tactics or operational actions. Say hello to my lil’ frie†¦. I’m sorry, let me start over. There is a thin line that exists between the depiction of a villain and a gangster that Hollywood has mastered walking on. While villains and gangsters may do many of the same things in movies, like stealing and killing, they each do them for different reasons. Villains enjoy crime because that is what gets them off; some may feel they are doing society a favor, like Uncle Charlie in Hitchcock’s Shadow of a Doubt, and others are more simply portrayed as naturally evil or mentally ill. But Gangsters are doing what they do for something American society can relate to—to make a living and, ultimately, get to the top. This â€Å"business† aspect of organized crime is what the movie industry has latched on to in the Gangster genre. In Scarface, Tony Camonte is in the business of selling beer to the town watering holes. Of course, he doesn’t so much sell the beer as force it on the bar owners at jacked up prices. And just like any other business, there is competition for dominance in the market. And for this dominance, or rather monopoly, ringleaders do not think twice about taking their competition out – not by buying them out or forcing them into bankruptcy, but by sending a squad out to murder them. Like most things captured on film for the purpose of being marketed, the richness of gangster life, with sex, money, and power in surplus, is glorified, and thus embraced by the audience. And as a rule, if something works Hollywood repeats it, ala a genre. What Scarface and Little Caesar did was ultimately create a genre assigning powerful qualities to criminals. Such sensationalism started with the newspapers who maybe added a little more color here and there to sell a few more copies, which is portrayed in Scarface’s two newspaper office scenes. Leo Braudy denounces genres as offending â€Å"our most common definition of artistic excellence† by simply following a predetermined equation of repetition of character and plot. However, Thomas Schatz argues that many variations of plot can exist within the â€Å"arena† that the rules of the genre provide.

The PNC is the most certain principle, i. e. :1) It is not possible to be wrong about it. 2) If you know anything, you know it (all statements of knowledge imply it). †(Chance, 2005) The Principle of Non-Contradiction is both a law of thought and a law of being. Aristotle propagated this principle first. Since then, voluminous literature is written on this principle, many arguments have been put forth elaborating it. It is believed that this principle is the basis, foundation of all demonstrative sciences. Intuitive understanding is the gateway to knowing PNC. In character, it is un-hypothetical. Its indemonstrability needs to be understood in the proper perspective. The PNC protects the unity of the thought process. The content of one’s thought is its non-contradictory nature. That is to say, the content of one’s thought is the non-contradictory nature of being. To deny it is not to say reality itself is contradictory by nature. Here, the fact to be noted is that insufficient education and understanding on the part of the person who denies the principle. But there are many, who deny; foremost among them are para-logicians. Their mental block seems to be their problem, i. e. how we present what we present before them. How the reality is framed for tendering the version to them. The principle could be both true and false. As per Quantum Mechanics, when we can’t make out the proper option between the two, the principle needs to be deemed as meaningless and void. Many situations can be quoted in support of drawing such a conclusion. Aristotle has the answer for this sort of criticism. Those who deny the principle merely assume that they deny; the very denial contains in fact, their acceptance of the principle. Their question whether the PNC is true or false has the answer –they assume that it is either true or false. Ipso, facto, they speak in is affirmation. But there are instances where the PNC contradicts physics. Relativism as a theory must be false, if the PNC is true. If A believes that the sun is shining, and B believes that the sun is not shining, one of them obviously must be false. Every argument has a counter argument; every example can be challenged by yet another contradictory-example. The attitude of most of the people is, ‘Whatever I say is correct. None is willing to accept that ‘whatever correct is there in the world, belongs to me. ’ It is the acknowledged principle with the rationalists and scientists that nothing could be accepted as true without evidence. But then there is an authentic counter-question for this as well. How one can know that the method employed for knowing or accepting the evidence is true? This is an important observation, which is difficult to refute. The truth of the PNC can be soundly argued on the basis of what Aristotle has propounded about it. But this is true of mind-level issues and examples. If one of the ‘arguing’ individuals has transcended the mind-barrier, his uttering will be on the basis of his realization, and that can never be explained through words, sentences and explanations. Such ‘issues’ form part of the experience-domain of an individual. Even Aristotle has to stop here, with his files related to PNC. To take something for granted as truth, the essential tools one uses are, Reason and Logic. These tools will break and are powerless at the end of the mind barrier. They will never be able to break the barrier.
